Franklin, N.Y. is one of the many small towns in the United States facing the worldwide debate over hydrofracking. This project explores the different perspectives of people in Delaware County, which is currently debating the potential of a natural gas pipeline that will carry fracked gas from Pennsylvania into New York.
In one of the poorest counties in New York, the payoffs offered by the pipeline and the projected number of jobs that it could create are appealing. On the other side of the debate are those concerned with the potential environmental harm and the future of hydrofracking in their County.
