Eventually they tried Intra-uterine insemination \u2013 IUI \u2013 and the third attempt proved to be the charm \u2013 in a very big way. On March 12, 2012 Courtney gave birth to quadruplets; Ashlyn, Brody, Cooper, and Kylie.
