Lumnije Citaku holds her 1-year-old daughter, Ilirjana, in their home on July 16, 2016, in Gurrakoc, Kosovo.
Mr. and Mrs. Citaku, and their four children live in the former Dubrava Correctional Center, a prison that was shut down after NATO bombing during the Kosovo War. Being their only option for shelter, Mrs. Citaku and several other families have made their homes within the prison walls.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
