Paving the Way
In January 2016, a group of women came together in a dark warehouse space and discussed plans to make history. This short documentary focuses on two members of Rochester’s first all-women’s cycling team, who balance training with families and full-time jobs. It discusses the personal growth and sacrifices these women have encountered as athletes, while also addressing the theme of gender inequalities within cycling.
