At the age of 58, Raymond Hege changed his name to Rachel Sorrow for a reason. On August 17th, 2012, Rachel found out that she would no longer have health insurance. Without health insurance, Rachel would not be able to afford the hormones that she had been taking to assist with the transition. After spending all of her money on the surgery, one day at a time, Rachel will slowly transition back into a man.
